Our 12 session course caters to individuals involved in church planting in urban areas, leaders within urban churches, and members of church music teams. It also appeals to those interested in exploring the dynamics of worship in a multicultural church setting. Participants are guided through a systematic approach, starting with vision casting and active listening, progressing to effective management of music groups, and culminating in the planning and execution of creative multicultural worship services. Accompanying videos delve into principles of ethno-musicology derived from practical missionary experiences, enriching participants' understanding and emphasizing the strategic importance of their endeavors.
